Section 331
Requirement To Operate Trust By Consensus
(1) Except as
otherwise provided for in the memorandum of incorporation, the
trust with more than one trustee shall be operated by consensus
decision of all the trustees as far as possible.
(2) In the event of failure to reach consensus pursuant to
sub-section (1), the trust may be operated by a majority decision of
the then existing trustees, and if that is not possible, by the decision
of the eldest trustee.
